How we handle your data

Analytics

We use PostHog to record site usage such as page views, device and browser details, referrer URLs, and which extensions people view, download, or start purchasing. Google Analytics (GA4) may also be used when it is configured. These metrics help us understand how visitors browse the site.

Purchases

When an extension is purchased through Dodo Payments, the email address and order details shared by Dodo Payments are collected so we can deliver the product, send receipts, share updates, and provide support related to that purchase.

Communication

If you reach out by email or respond to a message from us, we retain the information you provide so we can continue the conversation and resolve any issues.

How we use your email

Email addresses supplied by Dodo Payments may be used to send product updates, provide purchase confirmations, and request feedback. We may contact you using that email address if an extension you purchased receives an update or if we need to resolve a support request. Payment processing itself is handled by Dodo Payments under their own privacy policy.

Data retention & deletion

We keep analytics records and purchase-related contact information indefinitely so we can maintain accurate histories of extension sales and site usage. If you would like your personal information to be removed, email support@sarthakdev.in and we will delete it upon verification.
